How are the calzones shipped to ensure freshness?
Our calzones are flash-frozen immediately after baking and shipped in insulated coolers with dry ice to maintain a safe temperature throughout transit.
What are the heating instructions for the best experience?
For a crispy crust, we recommend heating your calzone in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes. Detailed instructions are included in every box.
Do you offer vegetarian or vegan options?
Yes! We have a variety of vegetarian fillings and a signature vegan calzone made with plant-based cheese and seasonal vegetables.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to all 48 contiguous states in the US. Due to the perishable nature of our food, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or internationally.
Can I customize the ingredients in my calzone order?
While we offer a wide range of curated flavors, we do not offer custom builds at this time to ensure the highest quality and consistency during our baking process.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or delayed, please contact our support team within 24 hours for a full refund or replacement.
